Jordon Hudson spends millions to pay off the debts on her multiple properties after meeting Bill Belichick

Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of former NFL coach Bill Belichick, has reportedly paid off millions in property debt tied to three homes she purchased shortly after meeting the six-time Super Bowl winner.

According to documents reviewed by In Touch, Hudson discharged the remaining balances on three separate mortgages across Massachusetts, totaling $3.6 million.

Hudson entered the real estate market aggressively in 2023, purchasing her first property-a $2.3 million multi-unit home-in June. Reports indicate she took out a $1.2 million loan to secure the apartment complex, which is currently rented out.

Later that year, in December, Hudson acquired two additional buildings, one for $3 million and the other for $2.2 million. Both of these also involved $1.2 million loans.

Is Detroit Lions 2025 Schedule Really That Tough?

By January 2024, those three mortgages had been entirely settled. Hudson didn’t stop there-she also picked up a fourth property in Harwich, Massachusetts, in October 2023 for $610,000. That two-bedroom residence, which is currently undergoing full renovations, is believed to be one of her primary homes.

Romance and real estate: A controversial pairing

Hudson‘s high-profile relationship with Bill Belichick, now 73, has garnered significant media attention.

The two began dating in early 2023, though they reportedly first crossed paths during a 2021 flight when Hudson was 20 years old. TMZ revealed she had asked Belichick to sign a book during the flight-a gesture that marked the start of their eventual relationship.

They were first seen publicly in 2023 but didn’t confirm their status until the following year. The 48-year age gap between them has sparked plenty of conversation, particularly after the pair appeared together during Belichick‘s book tour in 2024.

One notable interview during the tour, conducted by Tony Dokoupil of CBS Sunday Morning, became a flashpoint. Hudson, present just off-camera, reportedly interrupted when Dokoupil tried to ask Belichick about their relationship.

“We’re not talking about this,” she was heard saying, halting the line of questioning. According to sources cited by TMZ, Hudson‘s interruptions delayed the shoot by 30 minutes and led to several unaired moments.

Belichick later defended her actions, stating, “Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book.”

He further clarified: “Jordon… stepped in to reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion. She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job.” He added that the final eight-minute segment shown on air did not reflect the full 35-minute conversation they had.

Despite Belichick‘s explanation, CBS denied that any topic restrictions had been placed ahead of time.

With nearly $8 million invested in real estate and her relationship continuing to attract headlines, Jordon Hudson has quickly become a high-profile figure in both real estate and entertainment media-whether she wanted the spotlight or not.
