Las Vegas became the epicenter of music on Monday, May 26, with the celebration of the American Music Awards 2025, which marked the beginning of the summer from the new and luxurious
Fontainebleau Las Vegas. The gala was hosted by the one and only Jennifer Lopez, who not only shone as a host, but also gave a performance that set the stage alight
One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to the legendary Rod Stewart, who was recognised for his illustrious career and lasting impact on music. The gala also featured Kendrick Lamar, who topped the list of nominees with ten mentions, consolidating his position as one of the most influential figures on the current scene. Post Malone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan and Shaboozey were also among the most nominated and applauded of the night.
The gala also featured memorable performances from Janet Jackson, who received the Icon Award. The stage vibrated with performances from Benson Boone, Blake Shelton, Gloria Estefan, Gwen Stefani, Lainey Wilson and Renee Rapp, while the celebrity parade continued with appearances by the likes of Alix Earle, Cara Delevingne, Ciara, Dan + Shay, Dylan Efron, Jordan Chiles, Kai Cenat, Megan Moroney, Nikki Glaser, Shaboozey, Tiffany Haddish and Wayne Brady
