Um dos grandes jogadores da história do Cruzeiro, Tostão tem aprovado o trabalho de Leonardo Jardim. Neste domingo, a Raposa fez mais uma partida segura e derrotou o Fortaleza por 2 a 0, fora de casa, encostando nos líderes do Brasileirão.
Em sua tradicional coluna na Folha de S.Paulo, o tricampeão destacou a classificação do time mineiro nas oitavas de final da Copa do Brasil. Em Goiânia, a Raposa bateu o Vila Nova por 3 a 0, carimbando o momento de ascensão da equipe na temporada.
Mais do que a vitória, Tostão aproveitou para destrinchar os movimentos táticos de Leonardo Jardim.
“O time jogou com uma dupla de atacantes (Kaio Jorge e Gabigol) e com Matheus Pereira como um armador que avançava da direita para o centro e voltava para marcar pelo lado. Além dos três, a equipe tinha um trio no meio-campo, formado por Christian, Eduardo e Romero. O técnico passou a ter duas ótimas opções táticas”, escreveu o ex-jogador.
“Os treinadores, sem perder a razão e a organização tática, precisam criar, ousar e sonhar.” “A vida é sonho”, completou.
Ana Thaís ‘repete’ elogios de Tostão
Sem perder há nove jogos, o Cruzeiro encostou de vez no Palmeiras na briga pela liderança do Campeonato Brasileiro. Além da sequência positiva, a Raposa tem tido atuações seguras e mais leves com Jardim, figura tida por ela como fundamental para a reação em 2025.
“Ele melhorou muito o Cruzeiro quando começou a tirar os medalhões. Tem que ter personalidade e respaldo para isso”, resumiu Ana Thaís.
Caso a Raposa vença o time paulista, e o Flamengo não consiga triunfar diante do Fortaleza, o Cruzeiro chegará a 23 pontos e ultrapassará as duas equipes na Série A.

Eliminado na Sul-Americana, o Cruzeiro deve utilizar um time reserva contra o Unión Santa Fe, quarta-feira (28), às 21h30 (de Brasília), no estádio do Mineirão.
