Vítězové všech skupin divize B postoupí mezi elitu a zajistí si výhodnější pozici pro kvalifikaci o světový šampionát v roce 2027. Druhé týmy čeká baráž proti třetím celkům skupin A. Poslední mužstva v tabulce přímo sestoupí o úroveň níže.
„Jsem moc ráda, že se zápas povedl. Po Ukrajině jsme si potřebovali zvednout sebevědomí. Hodně jsme se zaměřili na herní projev a jsem velmi spokojená se vším, na co jsme se připravovali,“ řekla po utkání trenérka Klimková pro ČT sport.
Češky v prvním poločase třikrát skórovaly po rohových kopech. Skóre otevřela Khýrová, hlavou se pak prosadila Svitková. Nejlepší střelkyně domácí ligy v kalendářním roce 2025 nastoupila do 17 soutěžních zápasů, v nichž vstřelila 25 gólů. S pěti trefami je navíc nejlepší střelkyní skupiny. Třetí branku přidala Pochmanová, a oslavila tak velký comeback do reprezentace po dlouhém zranění.
Hned po přestávce se střelecky prosadila také Dubcová. Skóre uzavřela Polášková svým prvním gólem v dresu národního týmu. Češky své vystoupení ve skupině uzavřou úterním utkáním v Albánii.

The NBA's G League has come to an agreement with the Next Gen Basketball Players Union (NGBPU) on a collective bargaining agreement, the two sides announced Wednesday.
