Der FC Liverpool steht vor einem Sommer der Superlative – denn die Verpflichtung von Superstar Florian Wirtz soll erst der Anfang gewesen sein.
Der Transfer des deutschen Nationalspielers von Bayer Leverkusen ist auf der Zielgeraden. Mit Wirtz ist sich Liverpool längst über einen Vertrag bis 2023 einig. Jetzt wird mit Leverkusen um die Ablösesumme gepokert. Der Bundesliga-Klub fordert 150 Millionen Euro Ablöse. Liverpool versucht, das Gesamtpaket auf rund 135 Mio. Euro zu drücken. So oder so: Es wird der teuerste Transfer n der Premier-League-Geschichte.

Neben Wirtz kommen auch Jeremie Frimpong (24/kommt für rund 35 Millionen Euro von Leverkusen) und Milos Kerkez (21/für rund 45 Mio. von Bournemouth). Damit wird der englische Meister seine Transfer-Bemühungen aber nicht einstellen.
Denn: Auch ein Stürmer wird noch gesucht. Zu den Kandidaten zählen zwei Bundesliga-Stars.
Wie die englische Zeitung „Daily Mail“ berichtet, geht man bei Liverpool davon aus, dass Stürmer Darwin Nunez (25) den Klub im Sommer verlassen wird. Er wird von Vereinen aus Saudi-Arabien umworben. Ein Ersatz muss her.
