Moriah Mills might be stepping off the timeline and into the courtroom.
The model and social media personality, who once claimed to have had a relationship with Zion Williamson, has spoken with high-powered attorney Tony Buzbee about a possible lawsuit against the NBA star. This comes just hours after a separate rape allegation was filed against Williamson in Los Angeles by a Jane Doe.

Buzbee, best known for representing dozens of women in the Deshaun Watson case and more recently taking on Sean “Diddy” Combs, confirmed Mills reached out to him. “We’re evaluating her claims,” he told TMZ Sports on Friday. No formal lawsuit has been filed – yet.
Mills stirred controversy in 2023 with a flurry of posts on X, where she accused Williamson of being dishonest during their alleged involvement. She claimed he had been with her just days before announcing he was expecting a baby with another woman. The posts went viral and, though deleted, sparked conversations across social media and sports media outlets alike.

Mills Breaks Silence After New Allegation Against Zion Surfaces
When TMZ Sports caught up with Mills in Los Angeles on Friday, she didn’t dish on the specifics of any legal action but did express support for the woman who recently accused Williamson. “I’m keeping her in my prayers,” she said. “I just hope Zion takes time to reflect.”
The timing is notable. The Jane Doe’s lawsuit, filed Thursday, includes serious allegations that Williamson has strongly denied. In a statement reported by Bleacher Report, his team described the claim as “baseless” and motivated by money.
While Mills hasn’t accused Williamson of criminal conduct, her potential lawsuit could revolve around emotional distress, defamation, or other civil claims – something Buzbee is certainly familiar with. He called Mills “serious about her experience” and “ready to be heard.”
Mills also had a message for the NBA star: “You’re at a turning point. Your family, your legacy – it’s all in the balance.”
As of now, neither Williamson nor the Pelicans have responded publicly to Mills’ involvement. But with Buzbee possibly stepping in again, this situation is far from over.
