Era una final deseada por ambos, pero habrían preferido evitarla. Amigos desde la adolescencia, Dembélé y Marcus Thuram se vieron las caras en Múnich con suerte dispar. El jugador del PSG salió victorioso pero no tuvo mucho tiempo para animar al delantero del Inter. Ambos se incorporaron a la concentración de Clairefontaine el pasado lunes por la tarde. La cara de Thuram mientras en la cena Deschamps pedía un aplauso a los cinco jugadores del PSG campeones era un poema y se hizo viral. Pero también la del propio Ousmane, que tras aplaudir al inicio se le notó un poco incómodo.
Dembélé ha sido uno de los pricipales apoyos de Thuram en su etapa en el Inter. Ha visto todos los partidos y fue a ver el derbi ante el Milan esta misma temporada. Antes de la final, el jugador del PSG admitía que hablaba todos los días con su amigo y se decían que lo bueno es que al menos uno de los dos saldría campeón.
Junto a Mbappé, además de Dembélé y Thuram, existe una relación especial desde hace tiempo. Han crecido juntos en Clairefontaine y cada uno ha hecho su carrera en distintos clubes. Por eso en el vídeo se ve a Kylian bromeando por la cara de Marcus. Ousmane, por su parte, ya había hablado y animado a su amigo. Nada más llegar a Clairefontaine, lo primero que hizo el jugador del PSG fue ir a la habituación del delantero del Inter para animarle tras la derrota.

La amistad entre los dos jugadores arranca a los 15 años, en las categorías inferiores de Francia. Ya en la absoluta, es Mbappé quien se une a los dos. Hablan casi todos los días y se entienden a la perfección en el terreno de juego. “Larga vida para mi hermano”, fue el mensaje de Marcus el pasado mes de mayo, poco antes de la final, para felicitar a su amigo por su 28 cumpleaños. “Con Marcus hablo casi todos los días, nos vacilamos mucho”, comentaba el ex azulgrana. En esta ocasión, y tras el palo de la Champions, Ousmane sabía que su amigo no estaba para bromas.
