Nicola fala sobre possibilidade de Malcom, ex-Corinthians, jogar no Flamengo: “Salário de R$ 8 milhões por mês”

O Flamengo observou Malcom, ex-atacante do Corinthians. Atualmente no Al-Hilal, o ponta-direita de 28 anos que surgiu na base do Timão atua no exterior desde 2016, passando também por Bordeaux, Barcelona e Zenit. O atleta foi o herói da conquista do bicampeonato olímpico da seleção brasileira de futebol, marcando o gol do título nas Olimpíadas do Japão em 2021.

Entretanto, Jorge Nicola foi direto com os torcedores rubro-negros, descartando qualquer possibilidade de negócio com Malcom. “O Fla foi buscar informações junto ao staff do jogador, mas dá para dizer que a chance desse negócio ir adiante é zero”, comunicou o jornalista, especializado em informações no mercado da bola, em seu canal.

Nicola complementou que o ex-jogador do Corinthians possui vencimentos fora da realidade do futebol brasileiro, além de ser peça fundamental na equipe árabe. “Malcom é titular absoluto no Al-Hilal, tem salário de R$ 8 milhões de reais por mês e havia sido comprado junto ao Zenit por 60 milhões de euros [R$ 295 milhões na cotação da época da negociação, em 2023)”, disse o comentarista.

Malcom está no Al-Hilal desde junho de 2023, sendo uma das negociações mais caras da história do futebol russo na ocasião. “Hoje dá para dizer que o Malcom é um dos atacantes brasileiros com maior valor de mercado, por conta do quanto foi investido na sua contratação e também do seu salário”, ressaltou.

Diante das cifras altas envolvendo Malcom, Jorge Nicola complementou que quem cogitou a possibilidade do ponteiro no Flamengo ‘viajou na maionese’, além de considerar a Europa como um destino mais plausível caso deixe o mundo árabe.

Pelo Al-Hilal, Malcom realizou 43 partidas na temporada atual, marcando 13 gols e distribuindo 18 assistências. Na temporada anterior defendendo o clube árabe, foram 52 jogos, 25 gols e 12 assistências. O atleta tem contrato até junho de 2027 com a equipe que está no Grupo H do Mundial de Clubes da Fifa, ao lado de Real Madrid, Pachuca e Salzburg.

Sem realizar o sonho de contar com Malcom, mas com o meia Jorginho como principal reforço, o Flamengo disputará a Copa do Mundo de Clubes da Fifa nos Estados Unidos. A estreia rubro-negra será diante do Espérance (Tunísia) na próxima segunda-feira (16), às 22h (horário de Brasília). O time da Gávea comandado por Filipe Luís ocupa o Grupo D junto com Chelsea e Los Angeles FC.
