Sieben Klubs wollen ihn haben!
Trotz einer eher bescheidenen Saison bei Manchester United, sind zahlreiche europäische Top-Klubs an einer Verpflichtung von Rasmus Højlund (22) interessiert. Darunter auch einige Bundesliga-Vereine, wie Transferexperte Graeme Bailey im Gespräch mit „United in Focus“ berichtet.
[–>Demnach sollen sowohl RB Leipzig, als auch Eintracht Frankfurt und Bayer Leverkusen Højlund auf dem Zettel haben. Konkurrenz bekommen die drei Vereine aus Italien: Beide Mailand-Klubs, als auch Neapel und Juventus wollen den Dänen haben.
Der Stürmer selbst sagte zwar Anfang dieser Woche, dass er seinen Vertrag bei United (bis 2030) erfüllen will, das heißt aber nicht, dass er nicht doch von der Insel gelockt werden kann. Die Bundesliga-Klubs können dabei vor allem auf ein Argument setzen: Højlunds Familie!
Bailey erklärt: „Mir wurde gesagt, dass das deutsche Interesse echt ist, die Familie mag Deutschland – seine beiden Brüder sind dort – und es ist eine Überlegung.“
RB Leipzig ist auf der Suche nach einem Nachfolger für Benjamin Šeško (22). Der ist zwar noch nicht offiziell weg, Arsenal bemüht sich aber intensiv um eine Verpflichtung des Slowenen.
Auch die Eintracht soll auf der Suche nach einem neuen Stürmer sein – dorthin wechselte Højlunds Bruder Oscar (20) vergangenes Jahr. Der dritte Bruder, Emil (20), steht seit letztem Sommer bei Schalke unter Vertrag.
Wiedervereinigung mit Erik ten Hag (55)? Die wäre in Leverkusen möglich. Die Werkself hat den Niederländer als Nachfolger von Xabi Alonso geholt. Bis November letzten Jahres war er Trainer bei United. Unter ihm als Trainer wurde Højlund 2023 für knapp 78 Millionen Euro aus Bergamo nach Manchester geholt.

Wenn er wechseln wird, wird United den Dänen wahrscheinlich gerne ziehen lassen. Mit Viktor Gyökeres, Victor Osimhen und Samu Oghehowa haben sie Transferziele festgelegt, für die sie viel Geld brauchen werden.
