David Beckham makes another attempt to repair relationship with son Brooklyn amid family problems
Sir David Beckham continues to advocate for repairing the relationship with his eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, in the wake of his recent knighthood, which seems to have made Sir David Beckham melancholy about his relationship with his family.
The British former footballer apparently tried to repair the relationship with Brooklyn Beckham through a comment on Instagram on Saturday, amid growing tension in the Beckham family.
David tagged Brooklyn in the comments section of a post by his wife, Victoria Beckham, celebrating his recent knighthood by King Charles III.
The co-owner of the Inter Miami soccer team commented: “I love you all @victoriabeckham @brooklynpeltzbeckham @romeobeckham @cruzbeckham #HarperSeven.”
In her post, Victoria praised her husband, describing him as her “knight in shining armor,” accompanied by messages highlighting her husband’s human qualities: “The way you have touched so many lives over the years with kindness and humility speaks volumes about the man you are and continues to inspire us every day. But above all, I’m so, so proud to call you mine. I love you so much,”Victoria Beckham posted
David Beckham celebrates Father’s Day with his children
In addition, as part of the Father’s Day celebration, Victoria Beckham posted a series of videos and photos of the family in which David Beckham can be seen with all his children, in a carousel of images, as well as a recent video, which opens the possibility that Beckham and Brooklyn have finally managed to mend their relationship.
Beckham, for his part, on his personal account, also posted an emotional Father’s Day post with the message: “My most important and favorite job in life is being a dad… I’m so proud of you all and as a dad (sorry kids) tells you every day, I’ll always be here for you no matter what… Mom, thank you for doing the most important part and making me a dad, there’s no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father’s Day… I love you little ones more than you could ever imagine.”
A message that would have been answered by her children except for Brooklyn, who would not have responded to the message, sowing doubt about the status of the family relationship.

Tennis player who claimed positive methamphetamine test was caused by kiss suspended four years
Goncalo Oliveira, a professional tennis player representing Venezuela, was suspended for four years Friday by the International Tennis Integrity Agency after testing positive for methamphetamine, an agency statement confirmed. The 30-year-old Portuguese-born athlete argued that the positive result came from a kiss, but an independent tribunal rejected his explanation.Oliveira was provisionally suspended in January after an in-competition test at an ATP Challenger event in Manzanillo, Mexico, in November 2024 revealed the banned stimulant in both his A and B samples. Methamphetamine is classified as a non-specified substance under the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List, which carries a mandatory suspension for positive findings. Oliveira's four-year ban, which takes credit for time already served under provisional suspension, will run through Jan. 16, 2029. He forfeited prize money, results and ranking points from the event where he tested positive, as well as from subsequent tournaments […]
