Uma troca surpreendente aconteceu neste domingo (15): Desmond Bane deixou o Memphis Grizzlies e foi para o Orlando Magic por quatro escolhas de primeira rodada, uma pick-swap de 1º round e dois jogadores (Cole Anthony e Kentavious Caldwell-Pope). Essa foi a primeira operação confirmada da NBA visando a próxima temporada.
Outras negociações devem ter desfechos nas próximas semanas.
