Der Millionen-Kampf hinter den Kulissen ist entschieden: Das „T“ bleibt auf der Brust der Bayern! Nach SPORT BILD-Informationen steht der Mega-Deal kurz vor dem Abschluss. Die Telekom bleibt Hauptsponsor des deutschen Rekordmeisters und das für weitere fünf Jahre!
Der Flug-Gigant Emirates hatte heftig um das Sponsoring beim FC Bayern geworben. Doch die Telekom, seit 2002 auf dem Trikot, hat ihr Angebot massiv aufgestockt und den Zuschlag erhalten.
Die Details des Deals: Der Vertrag, der bisher bis 2027 lief, wird um fünf Jahre verlängert. Im Gespräch sind Zahlungen von bis zu 65 Millionen Euro jährlich. Bisher zahlte die Telekom etwa 50 Millionen. Eine satte Steigerung um 30 Prozent – und ein Gesamtvolumen von bis zu 325 Millionen Euro über die gesamte Laufzeit!
[–>Es sah lange nach einer Trennung der Bayern-Telekom-Ehe aus. Emirates wollte unbedingt auf die Brust und hatte auch mit Dortmund verhandelt. Beim BVB wirbt künftig „vodafone“, ein großer Konkurrent der Telekom. Vielleicht war das der Grund, warum die Bayern den langjährigen Partner aufforderten, ihr Angebot zu erhöhen. Und das taten sie!
Mit diesem Deal festigt Bayern seine Position als Marktführer: Der zweithöchste Vertrag der Liga ist der von Borussia Dortmund mit „vodafone“, der dem BVB rund 30 Millionen Euro pro Jahr bringt – weniger als die Hälfte des neuen Deals der Bayern.
