Der Pokalsieger rüstet auf!
Für die kommende Saison bastelt der VfB Stuttgart am Kader. Höchste Priorität hat ein Sechser. Der Konkurrenzkampf im defensiven Mittelfeld soll damit angeheizt werden, um das Beste aus den Stammkräften Atakan Karazor (28) und Angelo Stiller (24) herauszukitzeln.
Im zentralen Mittelfeld muss Ersatz her. Denn: Zehner Enzo Millot (22) steht vor dem Absprung. Er kann die Schwaben aufgrund seiner Ausstiegsklausel für knapp 20 Millionen Euro verlassen. Frankreich-Klub FC Paris und Klubs aus Saudi-Arabien zeigen Interesse am Franzosen.

Ersatz hat der VfB schon im Visier. Kandidaten für die „10“ sind Paul Wanner (19) vom FC Bayern München und Darvich (18) vom FC Barcelona. Auch auf dem Stürmer-Markt sieht sich der VfB um.
