Wie Transfer-Insider Fabrizio Roman berichtet, haben sich der FC Barcelona und Europameister Nico Williams (22) auf einen Sommer-Wechsel geeinigt.
Demnach wird der Superstar von LaLiga-Klub Athletic Bilbao einen Sechsjahresvertrag bis 2031 bei den Katalanen unterschreiben. Dafür kassiert der spanische Nationalspieler ein Jahresgehalt von sieben bis acht Millionen Euro.
Durch ist der Deal aber noch nicht. Denn: Barça muss sich noch mit Bilbao einigen. in Williams Kontrakt ist eine Ausstiegsklausel verankert, die es ihm erlaubt, für rund 60 Millionen Euro vorzeitig zu wechseln. Sein Vertrag läuft noch bis 2027.
Auch beim FC Bayern und FC Arsenal steht Williams ganz oben auf dem Wunschzettel.
