Macht der FC Barcelona bald den Mega-Transfer perfekt?
Der LaLiga-Klub steht vor der Verpflichtung von Superstar Nico Williams. Spieler und Klub haben sich längst auf einen Vertrag bis 2031 geeinigt.
Allerdings fehlt noch die Zusage von Williams aktuellem Arbeitgeber Athletic Bilbao.
Das Problem: Barça ist weiterhin hoch verschuldet. Wie wollen die Spanier den Deal also realisieren?

Klar ist: Der spanische Europameister hat noch einen Vertrag bis 2027 bei Barças Liga-Konkurrenten. In diesem ist allerdings eine Ausstiegsklausel verankert. Diese erlaubt es Williams bereits in diesem Sommer zu wechseln, sollte eine Ablösesumme in Höhe von rund 60 Millionen Euro fließen sollte.
[–>Aber: Das Verhältnis zwischen beiden Klubs gilt als angespannt. Athletic-Präsident Jon Uriarte hatte Barcelona-Chef Joan Laporta den Glückwunsch zur Meisterschaft verweigert. Der Vorteil der Katalanen: Williams will unbedingt nach Barcelona. Für den Meister ein Riesen-Vorteil beim Ablöse-Poker.
Wie die spanische Zeitung „Sport“ berichtet, plant Barça, Bilbao einen Raten-Deal anzubieten. Die kompletten 60 Millionen wird der Verein wohl nicht zahlen können. Auf wie viele Raten Barça die Summer aufteilen möchte, ist noch nicht bekannt.
Allerdings soll sich Bilbao nicht begeistert von der Raten-Idee zeigen, so der Bericht. Zuletzt bestand Athletic immer auf die festgeschriebene Ablöse (bei Kepa und Laporte). Da soll auch so bleiben – und vor allem möchte man Barça nicht entgegenkommen.
Barça könnte durch den Verkauf von fünf Prozent der VIP-Logen im umgebauten Stadion Camp Nou weiter 100 Millionen Euro generieren. Das soll laut dem Bericht jetzt ein Wirtschaftsprüfer untersuchen.
Barcelona hofft außerdem, durch Klauseln bei ehemaligen Spielern wie Ilaix Moriba, Alex Collado, Ludovit Reis sowie möglicherweise auch Francisco Trincao und Oscar Mingueza Geld einzunehmen. Barça hat sich bei Weiterverkäufen Prozente bei den Transfer-Erlösen zusichern lassen. Das alles könnte nötige Williams-Millionen in die Kassen spülen.
Bei Bilbao hingegen hat man sich bereits darauf eingestellt, dass der Superstar geht – obwohl man ihm ähnliche finanzielle Bedingungen wie Barça bietet.

Williams will aber unbedingt zu den Katalanen, verzichtet dafür auch auf Gehalt, soll dort zwischen sieben bis acht Mio. Euro verdienen. Und: Er hat den Bayern schon abgesagt. Die Münchener hatten wie der FC Arsenal ebenfalls Interesse.
Sollte Bilbao auf die komplette Summe auf einen Schlag bestehen, muss Barça wohl andere Stars veräußern. Zu den Verkaufskandidaten soll dann zählen: Ronald Araújo (26), Fermín López (22) und DFB-Star Marc-André ter Stegen (33). Zudem könnten gehen: Iñaki Peña, Andreas Christensen, Gerard Martín, Pablo Torre, Ansu Fati und Pau Víctor.
