Trainer Bennet Wiegert durfte sich mit seiner Mannschaft am Ende der Saison über den Handball-Titel in der Champions League freuen. Auf dem Weg dahin trickste er seine Spieler jedoch das ein oder andere Mal aus.

„Manchmal muss ich ihnen schon mehr Ruhe geben, als ich sie selbst verspüre“, verrät er im Hinblick auf seine Spieler. „Es gibt so Situationen, wo ich mit Situationen im Spiel nicht zufrieden bin und trotzdem im Reframing (Umdeutung, d. Red.) arbeite und sage, alles gut, ganz entspannt. Weil ich die nächste Situation erfolgreich bestimmen und nicht noch über die Vergangenheit diskutieren möchte.“
Er gibt aber auch zu: „Gelingt mir nicht immer. Das ist auch Emotionalität dabei. Aber eigentlich fühle ich mich in solchen Situationen super, super, super wohl. Weil ich weiß, dass ich da gut drin sein kann und ein Gefühl, ein Gespür dafür habe. Das stresst mich nicht.“

„Mám radost z toho, jak jsme k utkání přistoupili. Přestože se to nevyvíjelo úplně tak, jak jsme chtěli. Chtěli jsme co nejrychleji vstřelit gól, což se nepovedlo, ale hráli jsme trpělivě a od druhé branky už to bylo podle našich představ. Když soupeř běhá bez balónu, tak mu musí odejít síly,“ říkal Bílek po třetím vítězství v kvalifikaci na mistrovství Evropy 2027.Měli jste utkání rozhodnout už v prvním poločase, nebo se to vyvíjelo tak, jak jste předpokládal?Je škoda, že jsme nedali branku dříve, protože jsme do utkání vstoupili dobře.
