Flavio Prado elogiou o comportamento do Flamengo na eliminação diante do Bayern de Munique. Levando em conta que o clube carioca não quis adotar uma postura defensiva, o revés foi visto como algo normal. Isso porque o time bávaro, avaliado em outro patamar, teve competência para construir um placar sólido e seguir na disputa pelo título do Mundial.
Caso outro brasileiro estivesse em campo, Flavio Prado aposta que o Bayern de Munique promoveria um atropelo. Aproveitando o gancho em que Botafogo, Palmeiras e Fluminense foram mencionados, o jornalista alfinetou o modo que o Glorioso triunfou sobre o PSG, motivo pelo qual o Flamengo, mais uma vez, virou alvo de elogios.
“Eu não fujo do meu conceito. Acho que o Flamengo jogou uma partida excelente. Encarou e brigou. Só que não dá. A grande definição é do Filipe Luís: eles são melhores. Acabou. O Flamengo brigou, deu a impressão que dava empatar. O adversário é muito superior. Se fosse outro time que não fosse o Flamengo, que é o melhor time da América do Sul, a coisa seria pior. Se pega o Botafogo, Fluminense ou o próprio Palmeiras, o couro ia comer.”, disse Flavio Prado, no “Bate-Pronto”, da Jovem Pan.
“Eu prefiro perder do Bayern de Munique como o Flamengo jogou que ganhar do PSG como o Botafogo ganhou. Foi um jogo covarde e medroso. Deu sorte. O Flamengo partiu para o jogo. Jogou com dignidade. Jogou assim contra o Palmeiras e seu mal. O Renato Paiva foi demitido porque foi medroso.”, acrescentou.
Flavio Prado não condena Luiz Araújo
Em um momento crucial, Luiz Araújo, ao perder a posse de bola, praticamente colocou fim na reação do Flamengo. Mesmo com o erro decisivo, que motivou o quarto gol do Bayern de Munique, Flavio Prado acredita que, avançando rumo ao ataque, o camisa 7 mostrou coragem para viabilizar o empate.
“Para mim, o Luiz Araújo foi o melhor jogador do Flamengo. A tentativa dele era de alto risco. Mas, se ele passa, deixaria um corredor aberto para o Flamengo empatar o jogo. Tem que ir para o risco em algum momento. No jogo, só ganha se arriscar. Os grandes treinadores do mundo falam. Não tinha passe. Se ele conseguisse passar e tocasse a bola, era o empate do Flamengo. Eu não critico.”, opinou.
Vampeta ressalta falta de atenção do Flamengo
Com ampla experiência nos gramados, Vampeta enfatizou que o Flamengo cometeu erros imperdoáveis em uma partida de mata-mata de Mundial. Neste cenário, o erro de Rossi, antes do gol contra de Pulgar, ganhou uma maior atenção. Diante do placar sem gols no momento, o ex-jogador indicou uma falta de tranquilidade do goleiro.
“Os 15 minutos iniciais é onde você tem que ficar mais atento. Tem que ter o primeiro gol para ter o segundo, o terceiro… quem falhou no primeiro gol foi o Rossi. Ele estava sozinho com a bola. Pegou uma bola limpa. O Pulgar estava desmarcado e sem ninguém. A bola sobrou para o Kimmich, que chutou e foi para fora. No escanteio, saiu o gol contra. Era três minutos, não precisava de pressa para quebrar a bola.”, externou.
