After the Indiana Fever won their first Commissioner’s Cup with a big 74-59 win over the Minnesota Lynx, guard Lexie Hull let fans see the joy up close. This set off lots of real, fun reactions from team pals Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham, showing how tight the team is.

Hull put up a bunch of photos and clips on Instagram, showing her drinking from the win cup and dancing with the team. Her words, “Not a bad Tuesday night at the office,” were mild next to the big feels that came out in the comments.

Muted night for Caitlin Clark in Indiana’s locker room celebration

Yeah Alexis. Love you,” wrote Caitlin Clark. > “Go bestie go bestie gooooo,” added Sophie Cunningham. > “My fav girlssss,” chimed in Aliyah Boston. > “FEVER GIRLIES,” wrote Kelsey Mitchell.

The post blew up and went viral, not just for the fun pics but for how it showed a team put together that wins and has fun with each other. The global environment in the Fever’s locker room is just awesome.

A never ending party

The Fever’s locker room turned into a wild bash. Sophie Cunningham, who is always full-on, started to twerk right by Clark, who was laughing out loud. This moment was gladly was caught on video and loved online.

Though out with an groin injury that has kept her outside of the courts for some games, Clark was all in: drinking hard, spraying bubbly, and picking tunes. At one point, she joked about skipping a song, and the room cracked up. They were having that much fun that people from home became jelous.

When vet Sydney Colson got in after talking to the press, she was hit with a bubbly bath from Clark, Hull, and Cunningham. Nobody was safe

People fell in love

The Fever’s cup win was not just about the trophy, it was a stand. They did it without their new star girl, showing their strength and showing the world thay do not depend on just one player, they are a united team where everyone feels and acts important. Hull’s post let fans see the real joy of the team.

Coach Stephanie White said the team’s team play and hard work got them there:

They certainly earned this. I’m incredibly proud of them. They battle for each other every day. Every single day we have a chance to choose ‘we’ over ‘me,’ and these guys do that.”

Lexie Hull’s post was more than just a party, it lit a fire. It showed the strong heart of a team building a purpose for something big. For Clark, Cunningham, and the whole Fever crew, it was about more than just winning. It was about fun, togetherness, and the kind of vibe that moves a team far into the games to come.

Future plan

As the 2025/2026 season starts soon, the Fever are seen as top title picks. Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston, still on their first deals, lead the team. Key free players such as Kelsey Mitchell need to be kept on the team as she has proved her still-going talent.

They might also have to get better at defense, as they were quite low in rank in 2025. With a good main group and growing stars, Indiana’s chance to win big is very clear.

North Carolina touted Bill Belichick's hire as proof it was finally serious about football. But about 11 months in -- with a string of fiascos on and off the field -- it looks more like a basketball school playing dress-up as a football power, and doing a poor job of it. Carolina athletics released terse statements from Belichick and athletic director Bubba Cunningham Wednesday night following a long day of closed-door meetings in Chapel Hill as Belichick's tenure reached its nadir. "I'm fully committed to UNC football and the program we're building here," Belichick said. "Coach Belichick has the full support of the department of athletics and the university," Cunningham added.  This will do nothing to quell the schadenfreude the industry has towards the sideshow in Chapel Hill, and make no mistake, the college football world is watching and laughing; whether it's opposing coaches, their […]
