O Grêmio entrará, neste segundo semestre, em um processo eleitoral que definirá seu novo presidente para o próximo ano. Ainda em fase inicial de campanha, os pré-candidatos começam a apresentar suas propostas e a questionar decisões e posicionamentos da atual gestão, comandada por Alberto Guerra.
Quem esteve no ar nesta sexta-feira (4) foi Denis Abrahão, ex-vice de futebol, que concorrerá a presidência. O pré-candidato esteve no Sem Filtro, programa produzido pelo Grupo RBS. Entre diversos assuntos abordados, Abrahão opinou sobre a utilização dos jogadores da base gremista.
Questionado sobre a utilização dos jogadores da base na equipe profissional do Grêmio, o pré-candidato Denis Abrahão afirmou estar insatisfeito. Segundo ele, a preocupação vai além do desempenho em campo e se estende também ao aspecto financeiro. “Não pode vender o Cuiabano do jeito que foi vendido. O Caíque mostrou na Copinha que era o volante que o Grêmio estava precisando, bota pra jogar”, disse.
Abrahão afirmou que, caso fosse o dirigente do clube, iria intervir junto a diretoria para que a os jogadores da base fossem aproveitados no elenco principal. “Eu sou enxerido. Vou chamar meu vice-presidente de futebol, com todo respeito, e dizer ‘cara, tu não está olhando para a base, nossa parceria é olhar para a base’”, garantiu.
Contratação e permanência de Arezo são questionadas
Denis Abrahão também citou o nome de Arezo, centroavante uruguaio que deseja deixar o Grêmio para atuar no Peñarol. Segundo o pré-candidato, o clube poderia ter aproveitado melhor Jardiel, do Sub-20, em vez de investir na contratação do jogador estrangeiro.
“Olha o centroavante que o Grêmio tem (Jardiel), quantas partidas jogou esse menino? E quantas partidas jogou o Arezo? Pra que contratar Arezo se tu tem o Jardiel em Porto Alegre?”, questionou.
Questionado sobre como agiria caso Arezo pedisse para deixar o clube durante sua gestão, Denis Abrahão respondeu: “Quanto o Grêmio vai ganhar? Se ‘empatar’ (financeiramente) tá fora, pode ir embora […] parece que ofereceram 300 mil dólares, pega os 300 mil por empréstimo, fica com o passe total do jogador e dá vitrine”.
Arezo demonstra vontade de sair do Grêmio
Em entrevista à Rádio El Espectador Deportes, o presidente do Peñarol, Ignacio Ruglio, revelou que Arezo está fazendo forte pressão para deixar o Grêmio e retornar ao clube uruguaio. A proposta apresentada ao Tricolor é por um empréstimo até o fim do ano.
