Slovenský levý bek Javorček nastoupil do zápasu na soustředění v Rakousku na začátku druhého poločasu, po pár minutách si ale přivodil zranění. Obavy o jeho zdravotní stav vyjádřil po duelu i kouč Jindřich Trpišovský, diagnóza se nyní potvrdila.
„Došlo k poranění předního zkříženého vazu a menisků. Dominika nyní čeká předoperační rehabilitace a následně operace v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici ve Střešovicích. Návrat k tréninku se předpokládá až během jarní části sezony,“ uvedl doktor Petr Krejčí, který má na starost slávistický A-tým.
🤕 Dominik Javorček si v sobotním přípravném utkání přivodil vážné zranění kolene.
Nedělní vyšetření v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici ve Střešovicích bohužel potvrdilo přetržení předního zkříženého vazu a poranění menisků. Po nezbytné předoperační rehabilitaci ho čeká operace.

Dvaadvacetiletý Javorček je se Slavií teprve krátce. Do poloviny června si plnil reprezentační povinnosti na domácím mistrovství Evropy hráčů do 21 let.
„V týdnu na soustředění i prvním přípravném zápase vypadal dobře. Jsem z toho opařený. Nejhorší možný začátek,“ smutnil trenér Slavie Trpišovský po sobotní výhře 1:0 s BW Linec. To ještě neznal přesnou diagnózu. Nejchmurnější scénáře se o den později potvrdily.
Javorček před startem sezony rozšířil možnosti Slavie u levé lajny. Vršovický klub intenzivně řeší prodej levého beka či wingbeka El Hadjiho Malicka Dioufa. Pokud přestoupí do Premier League, trenérům po Javorčekově zranění zbývá na problematickou pozici jediný ryzí levák Ondřej Zmrzlý.
