Seit Vertrag hielt ganze zwei Wochen …
Filip Ivic, Handball-Torhüter von RK Vojvodina Novi Sad (Serbien), hat ein Konzert-Besuch den Job gekostet. Erst vor 14 Tagen freute sich Ivic über seine neue Aufgabe und verkündete: „Ich möchte meine Erfahrung und mein Wissen nutzen, um der Mannschaft zu noch besseren Ergebnissen zu verhelfen.“

Hätte Ivic mal sein Geschichts-Wissen angestrengt, bevor er das Konzert der umstrittenen, weil rechts-nationalen Band Thompson besucht hat. Zudem teilte er auch Videos von dem Konzert in den sozialen Medien.
Ivic spielte übrigens in der Saison 2019/2020 für den damals zweitklassigen VfL Gummersbach, wechselte nach einem Jahr nach Celje.

Wie europäische Medien übereinstimmend berichten, wurden bei dem Konzert vor rund 500.000 Zuschauern auf der Pferderennbahn in Kroatiens Hauptstadt Zagreb sogenannte Ustascha-Symbole gezeigt und pro-nazistische Parolen skandiert.
Dusan Bajatovic, Präsident von RK Vojvodina Novi Sad, erklärte in einer Mitteilung: „Für uns als Verein, der das Wappen des serbischen Volkes trägt, ist und kann dies nicht akzeptabel sein. Beim RK Vojvodina ist und bleibt kein Platz für jemanden, der an einer Veranstaltung teilnimmt, die die Erinnerung an Tausende unschuldiger Opfer, das KZ Jasenovac und den Sturm serbischer Häuser beleidigt.“
[–>RK Vojvodina Novi Sad ist ein serbischer Top-Klub, der auch international zuletzt auf sich aufmerksam machte. Man trotzte der MT Melsungen in der EHF European League ein Unentschieden ab und verkaufte sich auch gegen den THW Kiel teuer.
