São Paulo e Santos fecham acordo para “troca de estádios” e Peixe quer o Morumbis contra o Juventude

São Paulo e Santos fecharam um acordo nesta sexta-feira (11) para trocar estádios por três partidas nesta temporada. Ou seja, o Tricolor poderá utilizar a Viva Sorte Vila Belmiro em três duelos, enquanto a equipe santista também terá a chance que jogar no Morumbis em três confrontos aleatórios.

Os objetivos das duas equipes são diferentes com a permuta confirmada. De um lado, o Peixe quer aproveitar para levar jogar para a capital paulista, onde tem muitos torcedores e também tem a oportunidade de lucrar mais, enquanto o Tricolor precisava de um novo local para levar suas partidas quando o Morumbis receber outros eventos, como shows de música ao vivo.

Santos FC e São Paulo FC assinaram um MOU que prevê a realização de três partidas do time santista no Morumbis e três jogos do time da capital na Vila Belmiro. A permuta faz parte dos planos da gestão em confirmar jogos em outras praças, especialmente em São Paulo, para atender associados e torcedores de todo o país”, destacou o clube da Baixada Santista em nota oficial.

Santos que utilizar Morumbis contra o Juventude

O Santos já definiu qual será o primeiro jogo que pretende atuar no estádio do São Paulo após fechar o acordo pela troca. O clube revelou que pretende atuar diante do Juventude, pela 18ª rodada do Brasileirão e vai enviar o ofício para a CBF, que deve liberar a mudança de local sem grandes problemas.

“Fizemos grandes partidas recentemente na capital, com uma adesão fantástica de público e nossa intenção é manter esse sucesso, ajudando tanto a torcida quanto o nosso time”, afirmou o presidente do Santos, Marcelo Teixeira. Vale lembrar que o Peixe utilizou o estádio do Tricolor em fevereiro de 2024 e bateu o recorde de público no local no ano, com mais de 50 mil pessoas.

Próximo jogo de São Paulo e de Santos

O Brasileirão está de volta neste fim de semana após a paralisação para o Mundial de Clubes. O São Paulo encara o Flamengo neste sábado (12), às 16h30 (horário de Brasília), no Maracanã. Já o Santos receberia a visita do Palmeiras, mas o duelo deste fim de semana foi adiado, assim, a equipe santista volta a campo só na quarta-feira (16), também contra o Flamengo, às 20h, na Vila Belmiro.
