SPORT BILD: Frau Bühl, wie groß ist noch der Glaube an den EM-Titel nach der herben 1:4-Pleite im dritten Gruppenspiel gegen Schweden?

Klara Bühl (24): Der Glaube ist immer da. Es gibt Top-Favoriten wie Spanien, England oder Frankreich. Wir können da mithalten, brauchen aber 100 Prozent von jeder Spielerin. Wir sind weiter davon überzeugt, dass wir ein erfolgreiches Turnier spielen. Ich habe immer im Kopf, wozu wir fähig sind. Wenn du aber in einer Aktion unachtsam bist, wird es auf diesem Niveau bitter bestraft, so wie gegen Schweden. Das darf uns im Viertelfinale auf keinen Fall wieder passieren.

Der nächste Gegner heißt Frankreich. Was viele nicht wissen: Sie haben dort gelebt …

Stimmt, ich habe eine Verbindung zu Frankreich, an die ich mich aber nur vage erinnere. Bis ich zwei Jahre alt war, haben wir als Familie dort gewohnt. Die Französinnen haben bislang ein beachtliches Turnier gespielt. Aber wir haben sie bei der letzten EM im Halbfinale geschlagen und noch nie bei einem großen Turnier gegen sie verloren, also nehmen wir sie gern (lacht).

Sie hätten im Sommer nach Frankreich zurückgehen können. Die finanzstarken Klubs Lyon und Paris wollten Sie verpflichten. Sie entschieden sich aber, beim FC Bayern zu verlängern. Wieso?

Ich habe gemerkt, wie wichtig es ist, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Ich bin noch jung und habe noch Zeit, mich weiterzuentwickeln. Mir ist es wichtig zu wissen, was mir guttut, wie ich immer an mein Leistungsmaximum kommen kann. Wenn du im Ausland spielst, sind es schwierigere Bedingungen. Ich habe mich dazu entschieden, dass es mir guttut, hierzubleiben. Und außerdem steht für mich das Geld nicht an erster Stelle. Ich sehe die Chance, mit Bayern die Champions League zu gewinnen. Dafür muss ich nicht zu einem anderen Klub gehen. Das hat meine Entscheidung bestätigt.

Bundestrainer Christian Wück überlegt, im Viertelfinale auf Dreierkette umzustellen. Sie müssten dann als gelernte Außenstürmerin die linke Schiene beackern, so wie Sie es in Unterzahl in der zweiten Halbzeit gegen Schweden getan haben. Können Sie dort Ihre Stärken ausspielen?

[–>Ich glaube schon. Ich spiele dann natürlich ein Stück weit tiefer, könnte aber mehr auf meine Gegenspielerin zudribbeln, weil ich mehr Freiheiten habe. Gegen Schweden war meine Gegenspielerin sehr eng an mir dran. Von daher wäre es okay, auch wenn ich als Linksverteidigerin zuvor bestimmt erst einmal in meinem Leben gespielt habe. Und dafür, dass wir die Dreierkette zuvor nie trainiert oder gespielt hatten, haben wir das gegen Schweden gut gemacht, hatten aber auch eine Frau weniger. So oder so, wir werden gute Lösungen fürs Viertelfinale finden.

Sie spielen bei dieser EM auf einem konstant hohen Niveau. Sind Sie in der Form Ihres Lebens?

Ich merke, dass ich von Turnier zu Turnier mehr zur Führungsspielerin werde. Ich bin jetzt fünf, sechs Jahre dabei und erst 24 Jahre alt. Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden, wie ich aktuell spiele. Ich habe an meiner Konstanz gearbeitet und schaffe es mittlerweile, in jedem Spiel da zu sein. Ich genieße es gerade extrem, dass mir Dinge leichtfallen. Egal, ob ich gute oder schlechte Entscheidungen treffe – ich kann das mental verarbeiten. Ich kann der Mannschaft mit meiner Energie und Power, die ich ausstrahle, sehr viel geben. Das genieße ich sehr.

Woran machen Sie Ihre Leistungsexplosion fest?

Ich habe über die letzten zwei, drei Jahre herausgefunden, was mir guttut. Dazu zählt das neuro-athletische Training, aber auch das Arbeiten mit einem Mentaltrainer, um körperlich und mental auf den Punkt da zu sein und über 90 Minuten den Fokus zu behalten. Ich habe mir da ein breites Wissen angeeignet. Das ist entscheidend für eine gewisse Konstanz.

Beim neuroathletischen Training geht es darum, das Gehirn und das Nervensystem in den Fokus zu rücken, um die Leistungsfähigkeit des Körpers zu verbessern. Ist das auch ein Themenfeld für nach der Karriere?

Durchaus. Ich mache gerade eine Neuroathletik-Ausbildung. Seitdem ich das bei mir anwende, konnte ich große Entwicklungsschritte gehen. Im besten Fall kann ich anderen Spielerinnen nach meiner Karriere auch helfen. Das Themenfeld begeistert mich total.

Wie viel Prozent macht das auf dem Platz aus?

Weil ich mich darauf voll einlasse, ist es eine Menge. Mir hat das damals bei meinen Knieproblemen geholfen. Ich war vor vier, fünf Jahren noch verletzungsanfällig. Meine Sprunggelenke waren nicht ganz in Ordnung. Das hatte Einfluss auf andere Muskelgruppen. Das neuro-athletische Training hat mir dabei geholfen, wieder Struktur und Ordnung zu bekommen, um auch meine Knieschmerzen zu bereinigen. Deswegen bin ich der körperlichen Belastung jetzt mehr gewachsen.
