Brooke Hogan’s husband reveals the unpleasant truth about why Hulk Hogan’s daughter was removed from her father’s will

Brooke Hogan‘s husband, Steve Oleksy, has spoken out about the deeply personal choice his wife made to distance herself from her late father’s estate, offering a rare glimpse into the emotional toll behind the headlines.

In a conversation with Us Weekly, Oleksy explained that Brooke’s removal from Hulk Hogan‘s will was not motivated by money, but by long-standing pain tied to one of the most controversial moments of the wrestling icon’s life.

“I believe my wife upheld her Dad’s best interests even after his death, mustering up all the courage and kindness she could despite still being very hurt,” Oleksy said.

“That money does not represent accomplishments in the ring – the majority of it came at the expense of my wife’s dignity. It was built on hurtful comments about her and her past relationship, which caused pain not only to her, but to many other families.”

Fallout from leaked tape created lasting rift

Oleksy’s comments refer to the leaked 2012 sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan, born Terry Gene Bollea, that captured the WWE star using racial slurs while speaking about Brooke’s then-boyfriend.

The footage, which also included Hogan calling himself “a racist, to a point,” led to a high-profile lawsuit against Gawker. Though Hulk ultimately won a $31 million settlement that bankrupted the outlet, Oleksy says the real cost was borne by his wife.

“While one life was positively changed forever from a financial standpoint, the true victims never received a direct apology – and, despite the life-altering embarrassment, they never received or asked for a single dollar in compensation,” he told Us Weekly.

Oleksy added that Brooke had been left in an impossible position at the time.

“My wife was put in a position to defend someone without knowing the full truth – unaware the remarks were tied to a sex tape and that the context and use of the derogatory language was directed at her and her ex, and conveniently misinformed of the transcripts,” he explained.

“These are the realities we live with every day. No amount of money can erase that pain or restore what was taken.”

Totální chaos na US Open.

V roce 2005 hráčům Příbrami proti Spartě finta, kterou provedli Martin Čupr a Rudolf Otepka, vyšla. Čupr se u rohového praporku míče dotkl a odešel pryč, jako by si rozehrání standardky rozmyslel. Míč tím ale nenápadně uvedl do hry. K praporku přišel Otepka a namířil si to rovnou do vápna. Letenští mu nevěnovali pozornost a organizovali obranu proti očekávané standardce.
