„You‘ll never walk alone“ – dreieinhalb Jahre stürmten Mo Salah und Luis Diaz gemeinsam für den FC Liverpool. Geblieben ist eine enge Freundschaft zwischen dem Ägypter und dem Kolumbianer.
Dieser geht nun für den FC Bayern auf Torejagd. 70 Mio. Euro haben sich die Bayern die Dienste des flexiblen Offensiv-Stars kosten lassen.

In seinem Post geht Salah auch auf die schweren Stunden ein, die Diaz 2023 erleiden musste. Damals wurde sein Vater von einer kolumbianischen Guerilla-Gruppe gekidnappt. Erst nach 13 langen Tagen kam er wieder frei.
Salah: „Was du durchgemacht hast, hätte die meisten gebrochen, aber du bist stark zurückgekommen und hast alles für den Verein gegeben. Diese Art von Widerstandsfähigkeit ist ein Vorbild für andere und verdient nichts als Respekt.“
29 Tore und 18 Vorlagen gelangen Diaz in seinen dreieinhalb Spielzeiten bei den „Reds“. Dabei wurde er auch von einer schweren Knieverletzung zurückgeworfen. Dabei war die Meistersaison 2024/25 mit 13 Toren und sieben Vorlagen die beste seiner Zeit an der Anfield Road.
Nun startet er ein neues Kapitel in seiner Karriere, nachdem Liverpool mit Wirtz (Leverkusen) und Ekitike (Frankfurt) mit gleich zwei Bundesliga-Stars den Konkurrenzkampf in der Offensive angeheizt hat.
Liverpool-Trainer Arne Slot spricht zwar von einem „großartigem Geschäft“, beklagt dennoch den Abgang. Slot: „Er hatte in unserem gemeinsamen Jahr immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen, unabhängig von seiner Situation.“

Patrák patří Pardubicím od léta 2023, kdy přestoupil ze Sparty. Předtím už na východě Čech z letenského klubu půl roku hostoval a nejvyšší soutěž si vyzkoušel i v Jablonci. Celkem má na kontě 93 ligových startů a 10 branek. Pět gólů dal v minulém i v tomto ročníku.„Pardubice mi daly možnost vyzkoušet si ligové prostředí, za to jsem moc vděčný.
