Nikki Bella reveals painful implant injury after WWE match

Nikki Bella didn’t walk out of Monday Night Rawthe same way she walked in.

The WWE Hall of Famer and reality TV personality revealed on her podcast, The Nikki & Brie Show, that she suffered a painful – and frankly bizarre – injury during an eight-woman tag match that aired this week. “I think my implant is in my ribs,”Nikki told her sister Brie, only half-joking.

It turns out she wasn’t imagining things. After taking an elbow drop from fellow wrestler Piper Niven, Nikki noticed something felt off. A visit to her plastic surgeon confirmed it: the implant had been pushed out of position.

“I had to go to the doctor yesterday to get my tit looked at,” Nikki said bluntly, mixing pain with her signature humor.

She didn’t shy away from addressing the physical toll – or how it connects to her personal life. With her recent divorce from Artem Chigvintsev still fresh (the pair split last September after a domestic dispute and two years of marriage), Nikki joked that she might as well take the opportunity to refresh her look.

“These girls are going to get some action in the future and that can’t look like that,” she laughed, before adding that the discomfort has made even laughing and coughinga challenge.

Brie chimed in, teasing her sister about the physical imbalance, and Nikki quickly replied, “By the way, you guys, not that bad of a difference. They still look hot.”

Even with the injury, Nikki says the adrenaline and excitement of the match made her forget about the pain – at least temporarily. “I didn’t want the match to end,” she admitted. “I was in a little bit of pain, but I didn’t want it to end.”

It’s not the first time Nikki has faced physical setbacks in the ring. She’s dealt with major neck injuries in the past – something fans might recall from her Total Bellas days or earlier coverage by Bleacher Report and Wrestling Inc.

But if this latest incident proves anything, it’s that Nikki Bella’s toughness hasn’t faded – even if an implant did.
