Díky Černému s Lampaertem se bude moct sestava elitního týmu, v níž jsou také Francouz Antoine Huby, Američan Luke Lamperti a další Belgičané Gil Gelders, Dries van Gestel a Warre Vangheluwe, pyšnit etapovými vavříny ze všech tří Grand Tours. Černý vyhrál etapu na Giru d’Italia před pěti lety, Lampaert se v roce 2017 radoval na Vueltě a v roce 2022 na Tour de France.
„Moc se těším na účast téhle sestavy. Přinesou kvalitu a atraktivní závodění. Fanoušci si to užijí. A mám radost, že přijede i Pepa Černý, domácí publikum ho požene vpřed,“ uvedl ředitel závodu a někdejší vynikající vrchař Leopold König.
Dvaatřicetiletý Černý je od triumfu v roce 2017 posledním českým vítězem v celkovém pořadí Czech Tour.
Celkem je přihlášeno 19 stájí. Vedle Quick-Stepu potvrdila z worldtourových týmů účast také stáj Visma-Lease a Bike. Česká špička bude zastoupena týmy Elkov-Kasper a ATT Investments.
