Trenére, znovu sympatický výkon, ale bez bodu. Jak to koušete?
Prohráli jsme, takže celý tým je samozřejmě zklamaný. Nemáme se ale za co stydět. Na tenhle výkon musíme navázat i v příštích zápasech a udělat všechno pro to, abychom už konečně bodovali.
Jak jste viděl průběh zápasu?
Sparta měla v první půli herní převahu, ale my jsme hráli velmi poctivě a takticky vyspěle v bloku. Výkony směrem do defenzivy se rozhodně zlepšují, i díky výborným zákrokům Šeráka, který nás několikrát výrazně podržel. Bohužel pak přišel hloupý gól do šatny a znovu jsme se střelili do vlastní nohy. Máme jasně dané principy, a ty jsme porušili.
Byl jste o poločase hodně naštvaný?
Řeknu to naplno – jsem nasr*nej. Kluci od nás trenérů dostávají jasné informace a je důležité, aby je vnímali. Zbývalo pár vteřin do konce poločasu a hráč vystoupí z bloku, opustí hráče… Nechci to házet na jednotlivce, těch chyb tam bylo víc, ale mrzí mě to. V kabině ale musím zůstat v klidu – nesmíme v takových chvílích panikařit.
Ve druhé půli naskočil Vojtěch Sychra, který jako jediný skóroval. Proč nehrál od začátku?
Minulý týden prodělal těžší virózu, dostával se z toho dost dlouho. Už v Liberci bylo vidět, že není ve své kůži. Dneska ale ukázal, co v něm je. Vyvrcholilo to gólem, i když chudákovi ho nakonec připsali jako vlastní. Ale cítil jsem z něj drajv a nebezpečí, což mi u jiných hráčů chybí. Vzal to na sebe a byl aktivní. Takovou agresivitu chci vidět i u ostatních.
Čekal jste víc od Saarmy, kterého jste stáhl hned po přestávce?
Takhle bych to neřekl. Pracoval velmi poctivě, dobře hrál v bloku. Rozumí defenzivním principům a nemusíme mu tolik napovídat. Dostal ale zásah míčem a museli jsme ho vystřídat. Musím se ho zastat – přišel na poslední chvíli a ještě ze zahraničí, takže ta adaptace nějaký čas trvá. Výkony pak přicházejí ve vlnách. Potřebuje teď spíš pomoc, aby se dál zlepšoval.

Aktuálně máte na kontě nula bodů a patří vám poslední místo. Co s tím?
Máme těžké rozhodování. V kabině je pětadvacet hráčů a každý chce hrát. Když nejsou výsledky, je složité najít ideální sestavu. Byli bychom rádi, kdyby se základ ustálil a přinesl i body. Nechci se k tomu pořád vracet, ale ten los je opravdu brutální. Můžeme někoho překvapit, nebo nachytat. Zatím se nám štěstí spíš vyhýbá. Teď se musíme maximálně připravit na nadcházející derby.
Očekáváte ještě posílení kádru?
Samozřejmě bych si přál, aby se tým ještě posunul a zkvalitnil. Už teď vnímám, že s příchodem několika hráčů na poslední chvíli se zkvalitnil tréninkový proces. Myslel jsem si, že máme konkurenční prostředí, ale tenhle zápas mi dal určitou zpětnou vazbu. Pořád musíme přikládat pod kotel a zlepšovat se. I když je to někdy těžké.
