Was es bedeutet, über einen längeren Zeitraum schlechten Fußball zu spielen, erlebt Schalke 04 derzeit mit aller Wucht. Nach zwei trostlosen Spielzeiten zuletzt in der 2. Liga (Platz 10 und 14) ist der drittgrößte Klub Deutschlands (ca. 194 000 Mitglieder) im TV-Ranking massiv abgestürzt. Die Bosse haben die Einnahmen zuletzt errechnet. Mit dem Ergebnis: Schalke kassiert rund sechs Millionen Euro weniger als in der vergangenen Saison!

Es ist ein Drahtseilakt, um diese fehlenden Einnahmen auszugleichen. Eine riesige Entlastung dabei: Dass die hoch dotierten Verträge von Ralf Fährmann (36), Dominick Drexler (35) und Marcin Kaminski (33) in diesem Sommer ausliefen und nicht verlängert wurden. Die drei Profis kassierten zusammen rund drei Millionen Euro Gehalt pro Jahr.
[–>Hinzu kommt: Der Revier-Klub konnte in den vergangenen Monaten den Betreuerstab rund um die Mannschaft deutlich verkleinern bzw. günstigere Mitarbeiter einstellen. Vor rund einem Jahr schluckte der sogenannte „Staff“ noch rund fünf Millionen Euro, die Ausgaben konnten um rund eine Million Euro gesenkt werden.

Češi měli 361 bodů stejně jako stříbrní Američané.Olympijští vítězové z Pekingu 2008 Kostelecký a z Tokia z roku 2021 Lipták získali v soutěži družstev medaili na třetím mistrovství světa za sebou. Před třemi lety byli druzí s Vladimírem Štěpánem a v roce 2023 třetí s Pavlem Vaňkem.V kvalifikaci minuli Lipták a Palacký čtyři terče a jejich bodový zisk 121 byl nejvyšší, jenž nezaručoval postup alespoň do rozstřelu do finále. Padesátiletý Kostelecký nastřílel 119 bodů.Ženské družstvo Martina Matějková, Zina Hrdličková a Adéla Mrňová skončilo deváté, v soutěži jednotlivkyň byla nejvýše 38. Matějková.Šampionát ve střelbě z brokových zbraní uzavře v sobotu trap smíšených dvojic.
