Juca Kfouri não mostrou otimismo com o futuro do São Paulo na Copa do Brasil. Apesar da vantagem construída em casa e o ótimo momento sob o comando de Hernán Crespo, o comunicador não subestima o Athletico-PR. Neste cenário, um recorte atrelado ao principal combate entre os clubes motivou a aposta no Furacão.
De acordo com Juca Kfouri, o clima de vingança favorece o Athletico-PR. Isso porque, em 2005, o São Paulo não quis atuar na Arena da Baixada, motivo pelo qual o primeiro jogo da final da Libertadores ocorreu no Beira-Rio, em Porto Alegre. Como o episódio jamais foi esquecido, uma remontada dentro do estádio, segundo o jornalista, é bastante provável.
“O São Paulo ganhou o primeiro jogo. O Athletico-PR tem uma sede (de vencer) o São Paulo enorme, desde 2005. Faz 20 anos, quando o São Paulo obrigou, segundo o regulamento da Confederação Sul-Americana, que o Athletico-PR jogasse o primeiro jogo da final da Libertadores no Beira-Rio, evidentemente vazio. A Arena da Baixada não abrigava o número de torcedores que o regulamento exigia. O regulamento permitia que jogasse, desde que o visitante concordasse. O São Paulo não concordou.”, disse Juca Kfouri, no “Cartão Vermelho”, do UOL Esporte. “Eu vou votar no Athletico-PR.”, acrescentou.
Trajano discorda de Juca Kfouri
Surpreso com o palpite, José Trajano lembrou que, atualmente, o Athletico-PR está distante do período em que disputou o título da Libertadores. Embora o apoio da torcida tenha sido ressaltado por Juca Kfouri, o jornalista confia que o São Paulo deve seguir adiante na Copa do Brasil.
“Provocador o Juca… eu não gosto desse negócio de ‘há muito tempo não ganha lá’. O time de 2005 não é do momento do Athletico-PR.”, avisou Trajano. “Estou falando da torcida. A torcida vai para esse jogo (motivada).”, argumentou Juca Kfouri. “Acho que nem a torcida está esperando muito… a campanha na Série B é decepcionante, o São Paulo está em um momento legal. São Paulo (se classifica).”, insistiu Trajano.
Sequência positiva do São Paulo
Emplacando cinco vitórias seguidas, o São Paulo atravessa um grande momento na temporada. Porém, levando em conta o nível dos adversários, Trajano acredita que Crespo precisa mostrar a qualidade do atual trabalho ao enfrentar Palmeiras, Flamengo e Cruzeiro.
“O Crespo mudou um pouco as peças e encontrou um time que, se não é sensacional e exuberante, encontra resultados. Agora, sem desmerecer, se pegar os resultados do São Paulo, não ganhou de ninguém. Na hora que pegar o Palmeiras, o Flamengo, o Cruzeiro, um grande desses que está brigando lá em cima, é que a gente vai ver o potencial.”, indicou.
