Travis Kelce is entering his 13th season in the NFL with the Kansas City Chiefs. But in addition to shining on the field, he also dazzled with his new photos in a swamp.
The 35-year-old TE is the star of GQ’s September issue, sporting extravagant and daring looks for the magazine’s photo shoot.
Travis Kelce couldn’t hide Swift’s secret any longer
Kelce’s outfits
The shoot was shot by Ryan McGinley and styled by Law Roach, and of course, the cover stole the show. Kelce’s serious face takes up most of it, while the rest is dominated by a furry, fluffy brown hat by Etro.
Impossible to ignore, in one of the most viral photos, Travis posed in the water of Florida’s Everglades wearing the same hat and a sleeveless sage green suit. However, what caught everyone’s attention was the alligator he was holding in his hands, covered by yellow gloves. Then, a light brown Hermès Birkin bag by Roach and fisherman boots by LaCrosse Footwear stole the show.
In other adventure-themed photos, the TE is seen in the ocean, sporting a Stetson cowboy hat and chain necklace, and then wearing only a construction vest. A boat was the perfect setting for other shots, as he wore a long coat with matching pants.
In the desert, he wore a black leather jacket with fringes by Balenciaga, shirtless. His loose-fitting white pants by Willy Chavarría tucked into brown Stetson boots and his cap worn backwards completed this cool look.
He was then seen riding on hovercrafts wearing brown and yellow plaid shorts and a red vest with fur on the shoulders.
Without a doubt, Travis Kelce is ready for a new adventure.
TE’s goal in the NFL
Travis is determined to achieve better results than in his previous season with the Kansas City Chiefs. And of course, he still fervently dreams of the fourth Super Bowl that was snatched away from him by the Philadelphia Eagles in February. In his interview with GQ, he made it more than clear:
Winning a Super Bowl is the only goal. It’s the only goal. It’s every goal.
Even as the months go by, the TE can’t seem to put that night of terror behind him, when he saw his dream of a third championship slip away.
“I think it might have slipped a little bit because I did have a little bit more focus in trying to set myself up… I don’t say this as ‘I shouldn’t have done it.’ I’m just saying that my work ethic is such that I have so much pride in how I do things that I never want the product to tail off, and I feel like these past two years haven’t been to my standard,” Trav explained.
However, he also revealed that those who inspire him to continue giving his all to achieve the fourth Vince Lombardi of his career are his teammates: “I just have such a motivation to show up this year for my guys.”
