O Internacional inicia neste domingo (17) uma semana decisiva na temporada. Em apenas três dias, o Colorado enfrentará o Flamengo duas vezes no Estádio Beira-Rio, primeiro pelo Campeonato Brasileiro e depois pela Conmebol Libertadores. A expectativa é de casa cheia, com até 80 mil torcedores somados nos dois jogos.

Para o duelo válido pela 20ª rodada do Brasileirão, marcado para as 18h30, o clube espera um público entre 25 mil e 30 mil pessoas. A direção colorada enxerga a partida como um “teste” para a quarta-feira (20), quando o time reencontra o Rubro-negro pela volta das oitavas de final da Libertadores, em confronto considerado o mais importante da temporada.
De acordo com a última atualização divulgada pelo Inter na tarde de sábado, 40 mil ingressos já haviam sido confirmados para o mata-mata continental, número que deve crescer até a bola rolar. A expectativa é de que entre 48 mil e 50 mil colorados compareçam ao Beira-Rio, o que pode ameaçar o recorde do estádio remodelado: 50.479 presentes na classificação sobre o River Plate, nos pênaltis, também pelas oitavas da Libertadores, em 2023.
Situação do Internacional nas competições
No Brasileirão, a equipe comandada por Roger Machado ocupa a 12ª posição, com 24 pontos, mesma pontuação do Atlético-MG. Um triunfo diante do Flamengo pode recolocar o Inter na briga pelo G-6, dependendo dos resultados da rodada.
Já na Libertadores, o cenário exige reação. O Colorado perdeu o jogo de ida no Maracanã por 1 a 0 e precisa vencer em Porto Alegre. Um triunfo simples leva a decisão para os pênaltis, enquanto uma vitória por dois ou mais gols garante a vaga direta nas quartas de final.
Mobilização da torcida
Para impulsionar o comparecimento, a direção lançou iniciativas de incentivo. Sócios que adquirirem ingresso têm direito a levar um acompanhante gratuitamente. Além disso, o clube abriu nova janela para associados cadastrarem convidados substitutos, prática comum de empréstimo de carteirinhas. Em ambos os jogos, no entanto, será obrigatória a realização da biometria facial.
Com essa estratégia, o Inter busca transformar o Beira-Rio em um verdadeiro caldeirão. O jornalista Gabriel Girardon, setorista do clube, definiu o confronto contra o Flamengo como “o jogo do ano”, reforçando o peso da decisão para o futuro colorado.
A expectativa é de que a força da torcida seja determinante para o desempenho em campo, tanto na luta pela recuperação no Brasileirão quanto na tentativa de desbancar um dos principais rivais na Libertadores.
