“Lack of experience”, as Ohio State’s defensive line coach Larry Johnson clarified, is the real issue, not depth. The stakes are especially high against Texas offense piloted by Arch Manning, already a preseason darling. Any misstep from OSU’s front could trigger explosive plays by the Longhorns.
