Dylan Raiola, Nebraska‘s promising quarterback, is stepping into one of the most iconic venues in football with a mixture of excitement and pressure.
As the Cornhuskers prepare to face the Cincinnati Bearcats on August 28 at Arrowhead Stadium, Dylan is carrying not only the hopes of his team but also the influence of a player he deeply admires: Patrick Mahomes.

After serving as Nebraska’s graduate manager for recruiting, she recently joined Mississippi State as the Director of Volleyball Operations.
Despite her professional commitments, Taylor has remained a constant cheerleader for Dylan, frequently sharing glimpses of their shared moments and milestones on social media.
The Mahomes connection
Dylan‘s admiration for Patrick Mahomes is also evident in his approach to the game. Known as “Baby Mahomes” to fans, he has modeled aspects of his play after the two-time NFL MVP.
On the field, he dons Mahomes‘ No.15 jersey, a number he also associates with Tim Tebow, reflecting his appreciation for athletes with strong character.
“I wore 15 when I was in my first year of football. Tim Tebow, you know, a strong Christian person, played football… I look up to people who have great character,” Dylan said last year.
