Brasileirão (Letícia Martins / Bahia)
A pressão por resultados no futebol brasileiro faz com que demissões de técnicos sejam frequentes. Esse cenário se mantém em 2025, com 16 treinadores que deixaram seu cargo entre os clubes que disputam a Série A do Brasileirão. As última demissões foram com as saídas de Fábio Carille e Cuca do Vitória e Atlético-MG, respectivamente
Chama atenção que das 20 equipes da elite nacional, apenas oito não tiveram troca na comissão técnica desde que a competição se iniciou. Rogério Ceni (Bahia), Léo Condé (Ceará), Leonardo Jardim (Cruzeiro), Filipe Luís (Flamengo), Roger Machado (Internacional), Rafael Guanaes (Mirassol) Abel Ferreira (Palmeiras) e Fernando Seabra (Red Bull Bragantino) são os únicos que iniciaram o Campeonato Brasileiro e seguem no comando dos seus times.
Por outro lado, alguns clubes já tiveram duas mudanças de técnico, casos do do Juventude, com a demissões de Fabio Matias e Claudio Tencati, Santos com a saídas de Pedro Caixinha e Cléber Xavier, e o Sport, que desligou Pepa e António Oliveira.
Manter o mesmo técnico é sinônimo de sucesso no Brasileirão?
O G6 do Campeonato Brasileiro tem cinco clubes que não tiveram mudança de treinador (Flamengo, Palmeiras, Cruzeiro, Bahia e Mirassol). A exceção na lista é o Botafogo, 5º colocado, que demitiu Renato Paiva para contratar Davide Ancelotti. Já Red Bull Bragantino, Ceará, Atlético-MG e Internacional aparecem mais abaixo na tabela, ocupando a 9ª, 10ª, 11ª e 12ª posições, respectivamente.
Por outro lado, da 13ª posição em diante, todos as equipes tiveram pelo menos uma mudança de comando desde que a competição começou, sendo que Juventude e Sport, que já trocaram duas vezes se treinador, aparecem no Z4, na 18ª e 20ª posição, respectivamente.
Trocas podem melhorar o nível de um time
Existem diversas situações em que a mudança de treinador faz a diferença. Um exemplo é o São Paulo, que sob o comando de Hernán Crespo se afastou do fantasma do rebaixamento, subiu na tabela e é um dos classificados para a fase quartas de final da Copa Libertadores da América.
O próprio Juventude, que teve o retorno de Thiago Carpini, já mostra melhoras nos últimos jogos. O Jaconero conquistou sete pontos de nove possíveis sob o comando do técnico. A equipe ainda segue na zona do rebaixamento, mas tem chances de sair do Z4 já na próxima rodada.
