Como faz de costume a cada vitória conquistada na temporada, o Internacional, por meio de sua assessoria de imprensa, divulgou no YouTube o vídeo de bastidores do triunfo pelo placar de 2×1 para cima do Fortaleza, no último domingo, pelo Brasileirão. O resultado positivo gerou um grande alívio para o técnico Roger Machado, que foi para esta partida bastante ameaçado no cargo.
Antes da subida dos atletas ao gramado para o começo do confronto, Roger fez um inflamado discurso no vestiário e cobrou a conquista da vitória, colocando, desta vez, o resultado como mais importante do que o desempenho.
“Nesses momentos, só ficamos nós no trabalho. Até mesmo o torcedor que com todo direito se afasta da gente, e é a gente que deve trazer ele de volta ao estádio. É hora de ganhar. Se der para jogar bem, a gente joga. Mas nós vamos sair com os três pontos! Bom trabalho”, gritou Roger.
Roger Machado se diz alheio ao que sai na imprensa
Desde a derrota de 2×1 fora de casa para o Cruzeiro no sábado anterior, o técnico Roger Machado viveu dias de pressão e de indefinição no cargo, até com especulações de eventuais substitutos no Colorado. Nomes como Ramón Díaz e Carlos Carvalharam foram citados na imprensa, mas o atual comandante colorado garante não acompanhar nada do que vem do ambiente externo:
“Sobre especulações da imprensa, eu considero o trabalho de vocês importante, mas não é dirigido a mim. Eu não ouço o que vocês falam, nem leio o que vocês escrevem. É uma forma de proteção. Hoje tem 50 canais que falam de futebol e se eu pegar a opinião de todo mundo serão 250 pessoas falando do meu trabalho. Eu nem sabia o que estava sendo especulado. Foi uma semana mais tensa e nervosa, mas do ponto de vista do trabalho tudo andou normal”, afirmou, na coletiva de domingo.
Ainda sem apresentar um desempenho de encher os olhos da torcida, o Internacional venceu o Fortaleza com gol de Alan Patrick de pênalti e outro de Vitinho, chutando de esquerda, no segundo tempo. Menos de 10 mil pessoas estiveram presentes, naquele que foi o pior público do Beira-Rio em toda a temporada até agora.
Internacional mira Libertadores
Depois desta vitória, o Internacional pulou para 27 pontos no 10° lugar e segue sonhando com uma classificação para disputar a próxima edição da Libertadores. Depois da parada do Brasileirão de cerca de duas semanas por conta da Data-Fifa, o Colorado tem desafio difícil e importante fora de casa contra o Palmeiras no dia 13.

Redakce Sport.cz ve středu ráno LFA položila několik dotazů, které se týkají bezprecedentního kroku špičkových ligových klubů. Dotazy směřovaly mimo jiné na reakci samotného vedení ligy, případný zásah do situace, ale i následující vývoj kauzy. Ostatně samotné kluby avizovaly, že „řešení celé situace budou hledat také na plénu Ligové fotbalové asociace“.„Ligová fotbalová asociace v oblasti médií prostřednictvím Media protokolu nastavuje jasně daná pravidla, která vymezují vztah mezi kluby a novináři v rámci zápasového režimu. Tento dokument zajišťuje, aby byly jasně definovány jak povinnosti klubů vůči médiím, tak i práva klubů v rámci vzájemné spolupráce,“ uvedl mluvčí LFA Pavel Jahoda.„Součástí této úpravy však není rozhodování o udělování akreditací. Imane Khelif unable to compete in World Boxing Championship with appeal yet to be heard
Algerian Olympic boxing champion Imane Khelif will not have an appeal hearing heard at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in time for her to compete at the World Boxing Championships which begin in Liverpool on Thursday. Khelif lodged an appeal with CAS on Monday to determine whether World Boxing are legally allowed to insist that, should she wish to compete in the female category at World Boxing events including the World Championships, Khelif would have to take an SRY gene test which can detect the presence of the Y or male characteristic chromosome. Khelif's appeal wants to challenge World Boxing's rules, but CAS has told Sky Sports that the hearing will be scheduled on the agreement of the parties and this may take several weeks.As of Wednesday morning, CAS has listed their upcoming hearings through to September 19 […]
