Zinho não aliviou para Jorge Sampaoli ao abordar os últimos anos de carreira do técnico. Longe de comandar projetos vitoriosos, o substituto de Cuca no Atlético-MG, na visão do ex-jogador, precisa mostrar uma mudança de postura. Além de reprovar o “falatório” recente, o tetracampeão do mundo quis contestar o prestígio do profissional dentro do futebol brasileiro, já que existe uma procura constante pelos serviços do argentino.
Anteriormente, Sampaoli dirigiu o Atlético-MG em 45 partidas e somou 25 vitórias, nove empates e 10 derrotas. Sem considerar que a passagem foi positiva, Zinho lembrou que o único trabalho convincente no Brasil ocorreu, em 2019, no Santos.
“Vamos falar legal? Ele tem que ficar pianinho e trabalhar. É muito falatório e oba-oba e pouco rendimento nos últimos trabalhos dele. Eu não sei porque todo clube no Brasil, em que qualquer treinador sai, é o nome do Sampaoli, como se ele tivesse feito os melhores trabalhos na carreira dele no Brasil. Ele fez um bom trabalho no Santos, foi vice-campeão brasileiro.”, disse Zinho, no “Equipe F”, da ESPN.
Necessidade de reforços? Zinho faz cobrança
Valorizando o elenco do Atlético-MG, Zinho não vê motivos para Sampaoli exigir reforços. Neste cenário, levando em conta nomes como Hulk, Rony, Reinier e Scarpa, o comentarista espera que o treinador faça jus à confiança da diretoria. Logo de cara, o desafio será reverter a vantagem do Cruzeiro e seguir em frente no mata-mata da Copa do Brasil.
“Não foi ruim (primeira passagem), mas ele não ganhou títulos (de peso). Tem muita polêmica. Ele chega, pede cinco, seis, sete, oito contratações, daqui a pouco vai embora e fica todo mundo lá. Vai chegar em um clube com um elenco bom. Se ele é bom treinador, organiza o time!”, prosseguiu.
Zé Elias enfatiza temperamento forte
Assim como Zinho, Zé Elias possui ressalvas em relação ao estilo de Sampaoli. Mesmo que o argentino tenha o potencial de recolocar o Atlético-MG nos eixos, o ex-jogador lembrou o comportamento difícil de lidar no convívio diário.
“Eu tenho o mesmo pensamento que o Zinho. Eu não entendo porque todos os clubes (pensam no) Sampaoli. Os últimos trabalhos dele no Brasil foram ruins. Nós estamos em 2025, o que ele fez por onde passou? Ele arrebenta os clubes, a molecada não joga com ele e o ambiente não é bom no dia a dia. Não dá bom dia pra ninguém. É bem complicado.”, avisou.
