Der Sommer war für Basketball-Star Dennis Schröder (32) sehr groß! Durch den EM-Sieg mit der Nationalmannschaft stieg der Braunschweiger endgültig zu einem der größten deutschen Sportler auf. Sonntag stieg er in einen Privatjet und düste zurück in die USA.
Bei den Sacramento Kings beginnt für den DBB-Kapitän die Vorbereitung auf die neue NBA-Saison. Schröder hat in der Hauptstadt von Kalifornien einen Drei-Jahres-Vertrag über 45 Mio. Dollar unterschrieben. Und verfolgt auch dort hohe Ziele: „Die Play-offs wollen wir natürlich erreichen. Was auch immer von mir benötigt wird, bringe ich.“
