Una vez que Gil Manzano se dirigía al monitor, ambos banquillos estallaron sin conocer cuál era el veredicto final. De hecho, un miembro del cuerpo técnico de Adi Hütter fue expulsado. Pero, tras el veredicto final, Guardiola no esquivó la pregunta de los compañeros de ‘TNT Sports’.

Un pequeño detalle que, tras los disparos al larguero de Foden y Reijnders, terminó condenando a un Manchester City que, a decir verdad, fue bastante superior. “No he visto las estadísticas ni las ocasiones, pero creo que fuimos mucho más enérgicos que ellos, algo que a veces no es posible. Hubo muchas situaciones en las que jugamos en contra”.
