Ein ganz wichtiger Sieg gegen den Pokalsieger von 2023 im SNP Dome in Heidelberg — zumal Ex-Trainer Maik Machulla der Gegner ist.

Als Trainer führte er den Club zu zwei Meisterschaften (2018 und 2019), als Spieler gewann er mit den Norddeutschen die Champions League (2014) und den DHB-Pokal (2015).
