„Was in dieser Mannschaft steckt, wusste ich schon, als ich vor einem Jahr herkam“, stellt Löser klar, der 2024 von Dessau nach Dresden wechselte. „Wenn wir das in der Liga in jedem Spiel auf die Platte bringen, soll uns erstmal jemand schlagen.“
Eine klare Ansage in Richtung Zweitliga-Konkurrenz: Der Bundesliga-Aufstieg geht in dieser Saison nur über den HCE.

Zurück zum Pokal-Triumph: Hat Löser je so ein langes Match erlebt? „Ich war schon mal beim FC Bayern, so ein Fußballspiel dauert ja 90 Minuten. Aber 80 Minuten beim Handball kannte ich selber noch nicht, außer vom Fernsehen.“
Wenn so ein Marathon-Match auch noch erfolgreich beendet wird, steigt doch eine ordentliche Party, oder? Denkste! „Wir müssen Samstag schon wieder gegen Lübbecke spielen“, erklärt Kapitän Gress. „Wenn wir da Punkte lassen, ist der Sieg gegen Hamburg schon nichts mehr wert.“
