Things to Know before Kickoff
- Niners quarterback Brock Purdy returned last week from a toe injury and reagravated it in last week’s win. Purdy is out for Thursday’s game.
- With Ricky Pearsall and Jauan Jennings being ruled out, other 49ers receivers will have to step up. Receivers Skyy Moore, Kendrick Bourne, Marques Valdes-Scantling and Demarcus Robinson will be relied on in the passing game.

- The Rams have won three straight in the last five games in the rivalry, their longest streak since 1999-2000.
- Puka Nacua leads the league in receptions (42) and receiving yards (503) and has had at least 90 yards in every game. Only one receiving touchdown on the year so far, has a rushing touchdown on the year.
- Davante Adams has 17 catches for 269 yards (second-most on team) and three touchdowns.
- Matthew Stafford is 2-5 against the 49ers in the regular season since taking over as Rams quarterback. Averages 230 passing yards and a TD:INT of 1:1.
- Kyren Williams has only rushed for over 100 yards against the 49ers once. In his other games, he’s rushed for 89 and 52. Williams is averaging 75 yards this year and is seventh in the league in rushing yards (303).
