Černobílé motivy karlovarské Energie vymění za japonskou tématiku. „Snažím se masky barevně ladit ke své výstroji, k betonům, k rukavicím. Od doby, kdy jsem vstoupil do profi hokeje to u mě vychází na jednu masku na sezonu. Ne nadarmo se říká, že když už blbě chytáš, musíš aspoň dobře vypadat,“ culil se Frodl.

Helmy mu vytváří designér a airbrusher Roman Vítek, jenž přichystal také masku inspirovanou hrou Ghost of Yotei. „Japonská tématika není u hokejových masek úplně častá, kreslím ji tak jednou za rok. Tahle je ale rozhodně výjimečná jak svým vzhledem, tak i speciálním účelem,“ líčil Vítek.

Frodlova maska bude vydražena na dobročinné účely.
A proč zrovna svět gamingu? Frodl má totiž k videohrám blízký vztah. „Ale od té doby, co se mi narodila dvojčata, je prostor pro hraní samozřejmě vzácnější,“ usmíval se 29letý gólman.
Jeho maska na jediné utkání následně poputuje do veřejné dražby. „Každá koruna půjde na nově vznikající nadační fond, který je spojený s mojí charitativní iniciativou Project Frodo. Takže se těším, že společně s fanoušky této hry budeme moci někomu o trošičku zlepšit život,“ doplnil Frodl.
