Holoubek se rozhodl střídat. Za Štěpána Šebrleho s Tomášem Jedličkou poslal na plac Michala Černáka a Diega Velasqueze.

Jenže pak dostal Starý signál, že se má jít mrknout na obrazovku. U videa seděli Pavel Ochotnický s Janem Benešem. Po zpětné kontrole hlavní arbitr původní rozhodnutí přehodnotil, žlutou pro Peterku zrušil a poslal ho rovnou pod sprchy.
Dukla už v tu chvíli ale měla vystřídáno…
„Nechali mě vystřídat a pak řekli, že se jde sudí podívat na VAR. Kdybych to věděl dříve, takhle bych se nezachoval. Logicky. Tohle by mělo být nějak ošetřené. Totální knockout pro trenéra. Přijde mi to nefér. Nejen vůči Dukle, ale celkově vůči hře. Mrzí mě to. I když zápas jsme měli do remízy dotáhnout i v deseti,“ pravil Holoubek.
Oslabení jeho borcům nevyšlo, po gólech Kozáka a Benjamina Nyarka skončili s prázdnýma rukama. Možná i kvůli střídáním, která se pro početní nevýhodu nehodila…
A to by se, mimochodem, i o samotném udělení červené karty pro Peterku dalo polemizovat.
„Nevidím důvod k intervenci. Žlutá karta by to řešila,“ domnívá se expert stanice Oneplay Sport Jakub Podaný. „Absolutně souhlasím. Za mě žlutá,“ doplnil jeho parťák Petr Mikolanda.
Dukla se po porážce propadla téměř ke dnu tabulky. Před posledními Pardubicemi, které v souběžně hraném duelu vyhrály nad Karvinou, se drží jen díky lepšímu skóre.
