„Řešili jsme klíčové body – závěry daňového a finančního auditu, metodiku pro stanovení a úpravy kupní ceny, způsob dorovnání zaručeného příjmu klubu a také rozložení zastoupení obou akcionářů v orgánech společnosti. Finální podobu dokumentace právě dolaďujeme. Do zastupitelstva ji předložíme v listopadu,“ uvedla primátorka po dnešním jednání, které bylo jedenácté v pořadí.
Město prodává 89 procent akcií prvoligového klubu, 11 procent si hodlá nechat. Fotbal HK 1905 je jediným zájemcem. Jeho rovnocennými akcionáři jsou vedle Nedvěda, Ulicha a Tomka také developer Pavel Rejchrt a podnikatel Radek Šenk. Transakční dokumentace sestává z akcionářské, akviziční a pachtovní smlouvy.
Proces prodeje klubu radnice zahájila na podzim 2023. Výběrové řízení na majoritního vlastníka město vypsalo loni 23. prosince a přihlásili se do něj dva zájemci. Předběžnou nabídku do 2. dubna podal jen Fotbal HK 1905. Druhý zájemce, kterým byla podle deníku Sport americká firma Blue Crow Sports Group, nabídku nepodal. Původně měla radnice představu, že by nový majitel klub převzal k začátku aktuální sezony, což se nenaplnilo.
S novým většinovým majitelem by měl klub podle představ města útočit na start v evropských pohárech. Radnice také počítá s tím, že na nového akcionáře by přešlo financování A-mužstva.
Výběrové řízení se netýká fotbalového stadionu, který město s nákladem téměř 800 milionů korun otevřelo v srpnu 2023. Stadion bude nadále ve vlastnictví města a jeho provoz bude dál na základě pachtu v rukou klubu.
