Abwehrspieler Diogo Leite (26), der seinen bis 2026 laufenden Vertrag noch nicht verlängert hat, sieht sich bei einem Europacup-Teilnehmer – um seine Chance zu erhöhen, mit Portugal bei der WM 2026 dabei zu sein. Verlängert er nicht, kann Union nur noch diesen Sommer mit ihm Kasse machen. Sein Marktwert liegt bei 17 Millionen Euro.

Einen Markt hat auch Danilho Doekhi (26). Sein Vertrag läuft ebenfalls 2026 aus, sein Marktwert beträgt 13 Mio. Euro. Heißt: Verlängert auch der Innenverteidiger nicht, ist mit dem Niederländer auch nur noch diesen Sommer eine hohe Ablöse zu erzielen.
