Walter Casagrande está temeroso antes da partida entre Corinthians x Internacional, neste sábado (3), na Neo Química Arena, pela sétima rodada do Brasileirão. Apesar de confiar nos homens de frente, Casão não tem o mesmo otimismo em relação aos zagueiros do time paulista.
Em coluna publicada no UOL, o ídolo corintiano lembra que Ramón Diaz chegou a fazer muitas tentativas na dupla de zaga, mas nenhuma delas deu a segurança necessária. Agora, este desafio caberá a Dorival Júnior.
“Já se fez todas as combinações possíveis, e nenhuma delas passa segurança para ninguém. A maior garantia defensiva é o goleiro Hugo Souza, que também falhou feio contra o Flamengo, apesar de ter créditos de sobra…”, escreveu Casagrande.
No domingo passado, o Corinthians foi simplesmente atropelado pelo Flamengo ao perder por 4 a 0. Além dos defensores, o arqueiro corintiano também deu sua ‘contribuição’ no terceiro gol anotado por Pedro.
Casagrande vê ‘chance de ouro’ para o Corinthians
Na tabela de classificação do Campeonato Brasileiro, apenas um ponto neste momento separa Corinthians e Internacional. Desta forma, Casão considera importante um bom resultado para os donos da casa, sobretudo no aspecto anímico.
“A chance de fazer uma grande partida, vencer um adversário melhor, mais forte fisicamente, e com isso passá-lo na classificação. Mas para isso, precisará fazer uma grande partida, o que não fez ainda este ano”, apontou o comentarista.
“Uma vitória faz o time subir bem na tabela e também servirá para separar as coisas. Uma derrota traz a cobrança da torcida também para o time, e aí as coisas ficam muito complicadas”, acrescentou.
