Spolupráce se konkrétně týká tří produktů firmy – energetických nápojů Sting Energy a Gatorade a dále pak brambůrků Doritos.
V rámci partnerství se na produktech firmy PepsiCo budou objevovat motivy ze světa formule 1, na závodních okruzích i v paddocku to bude fungovat stejně, jen logicky v opačném gardu.
Sting Energy se stane oficiálním energetickým nápojem seriálu, Gatorade zase partnerem sprintových závodů počínaje zkráceným závodem na okruhu Spa-Francorchamps v Belgii a následně i v Austinu, Sao Paulu a Kataru. Doritos bude „jedničkou“ u slaného občerstvení šampionátu.
Jako součást podpory vývoje a příležitostí, jež formule 1 nabízí, rozšíří PepsiCo své partnerství i do F1 Academy. Detaily této spolupráce s juniorskými formulovými závody žen budou zveřejněny v budoucnosti.

Letošní sezona seriálu formule 1 začala 16. března Velkou cenou Austrálie a končí 7. prosince v Abú Zabí. Titul mezi jezdci obhajuje Nizozemec Max Verstappen z Red Bullu a mezi stájemi britský McLaren.
