Arsenal will im Sommer kräftig aufrüsten und Madrid-Star Rodrygo (24) verpflichten. Die „Gunners“ sollen bereits Gespräche mit dem Brasilianer geführt haben. Das Ergebnis: Wie das spanische Portal „fichajes“ berichtet, soll Arsenal bereit sein, Real rund 70 Mio. Euro für Rodrygo anzubieten.

Wie „DefenseCentral“ schreibt, hat sich Präsident Pérez persönlich in die Verhandlungen eingeschaltet und ein Machtwort gesprochen.

Pérez habe demnach Arsenal mitgeteilt, dass Rodrygo für 70 Mio. Euro nicht zum Verkauf stehe. Der Real-Boss erhöht den Druck. Und macht klar, dass die Madrilenen Rodrygo (Vertrag bis 2028) nicht zwingend ziehen lassen wollen.
Dabei ist der Angreifer aktuell unzufrieden mit seiner Rolle bei den Königlichen. Er steht im Schatten der Top-Stars Kylian Mbappé (26), Vinicius Junior (24) und Jude Bellingham (21), ist dazu kein gesetzter Stammspieler. Das soll er intern auch kommuniziert haben.
[–>Aber: Real treibt den Preis des Frust-Stars nach oben. Sollte Arsenal weiterhin Interesse an einer Verpflichtung haben, würde es richtig teuer werden. Neben der Ablöse – die laut Pérez über 70 Mio. Euro liegen muss – ist da noch das Mega-Gehalt. Rodrygo fordert laut „GiveMeSport“ 250.000 Pfund pro Woche. Das wären rund 15,5 Mio. Euro pro Jahr!
Eine schnelle Entscheidung wird es im Transfer-Poker wohl nicht geben. Auch, weil Madrids Neu-Coach Xabi Alonso (43) öffentlich auf Rodrygo setzt. Leverkusens Meister-Macher betonte zuletzt, dass er Rodrygo unbedingt halten wolle.
Damit überzeugte er Rodrygo, der statt sofortigen Wechsel-Wunsch erst einmal das Gespräch mit Alonso suchen will. Die „Marca“ schreibt sogar, dass Rodrygo „entschlossen“ sei, auch nächste Saison das Trikot der Königlichen zu tragen.
Jetzt liegt es an Arsenal. Die sich finanziell mit Rodrygo und Real einig werden müssen. Im Poker scheint alles offen – nur die Kaufoption für den Brasilianer werden die Gunners nicht ziehen. Die soll bei einer Milliarde Euro liegen…
