“Take care of yourself. Don’t wait until your body forces you to,” she wrote.

A nice surprise from Brittany Mahomes
Brittany Mahomes, who is married to the NFL star Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs, gave Emily a kind surprise. She sent her a care package with these things:
